Go deep over an extended period of time, spending a year growing into your big dreams, lessons, and wins. This offering is for those who are committed to navigating the Zone of Productive Discomfort with eyes wide open and want an expert guide to support, challenge, and celebrate with them at every step of the way.
The 1 year commitment typically includes: two 1.5-day Coaching Immersions, two coaching conversations per month, customized assessments (e.g. Leadership Circle 360 survey, Typology Enneagram), and unlimited email and text access.

The Inflection Point
If you’re looking for a more concentrated experience, you may prefer 2 days of immersive coaching. Step out of your daily routine to nourish yourself, clarify your vision, and identify your next steps.
Includes 2 consecutive days of deep coaching; 2 coaching conversations (one before to plan; one after to integrate); and email and text support for 1 month.
Investment begins at $18,000.
